Ingredients, Serves 3
1 cup instant oats
1 cup of We Are Tea mixed berry
½ cup plain coconut yogurt
½ cup fresh raspberries (mashed) + extra to top
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 apple, chopped
Maple syrup, to taste
- Put the instant oats, coconut yogurt, raspberries, raisins, and chia seeds in a bowl or tuber ware. Pour the mixed berry tea over the top and mix well.
- Add a little maple syrup to taste, then cover and place in the fridge overnight.
